With over 15 years of experience in human resources management, Alessandra is a skilled and results-oriented HR Manager. She completed her Post Graduate Diploma from London Financial College in 2006 and holds a Diploma in Foreign Languages from Liceo Linguistico S. Luigi in Italy.  Alessandra is committed to professional growth and regularly attends HR conferences and workshops to stay current with the latest industry trends and best practices.

In her current role at HMR Accountancy, Alessandra manages a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, talent development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Outside of her professional life, Alessandra enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
